For sale is an complete WW11 German police officers sword. Sword is in excellent condition showing use but not abuse. Has bright 31.1/2 in blade with no edge nicks & only a few small spots has fatory point. Blade is marked Robert Klaas Solingen. Nice grip parts no chips or cracks with brass inset. D guard is SS marked as is scabbard locket. scabbard is in good condition showing no dents and has 95% paint. Sword comes with nice leather portepee knot black leather hanger and gray wool storage bag all in excellent condition. Bag has no rips or tears both snaps are working one small repair to bottom. This miniature sword has a beautiful hilt with Prussian Crown as a pommel. The basket is in the form of a winged soldier with helmet, placing the Imperial Crown over a Prussian eagle. The grip has gold leaves wrapped around it. The scabbard is constructed of nickel with brass tip and fasten clasps that hold gold bullion-type material hangers. Blade is 9 inches long with gilted two line inscription on both sides in German, regarding Faithful Service to the Fatherland. Inscription is bold and clear. Very clean blade with just a tiny bend at tip. Scabbard has a couple of tiny dings from handling, else fine condition. Nice original Imperial German relic, perfect for display!

For your consideration, a named Luftwaffe Generals sword tp Wolfgang Erdmann. Promoted to General Major on March 1st 1943. A Paratroop General, last assigned to the 7th Parachute Division. Promoted to General Lieutnant and received the Knights Cross on February 8th 1945. Died at the young age of 47 in Munster Germany in 1946. The sword is in mint shape with no apparent issues that I can find. It comes with the issue tag, so I doubt the General had much occasion to utilize the sword as he was occupied with war time duties. Everything is bright and sharp. Came from an old estate. The scabbard is made from a pressboard material, covered in leather. This was done with certain pieces, like the DLV dagger. Hard to find addition with a named General. At the last military show, these pieces were commanding five figure prices. Taking serious offers at this time. Shipping would be extra.

This is the Wehrmacht Heer Officer's Zieten Model #1734 Field Marshal Series Lion Head Saber (Wehrmacht Heer (WH) Sabel fur Offiziere). This is the 1734 pattern named after a famous German leader, Hans Joachim von Zieten. The Zieten is the second rarest of the very desirable "Field Marshal" series that Eickhorn produced. The plated blade rates mint being bright and clean with no possible reason to criticize it. It is correctly stamped with the Eickhorn maker-mark (the 1935 to 1941 pattern). There is also a "DRP" mark to the bottom of the hilt. This sword is illustrated in "Swords of Germany 1900/1945" by J.R. Angolia (1st Edition), page 81. The black enamel painted sc
