Excellent condition and a perfect display size of 60cm high (24") by 90cm wide (36"). The flag is marked with maker code M9/26, size - 60x90 and N.S. SOLDATENBUNDES (name of the organization). Super nice original multi fabric construction with embroidered stars Confederate parade flag measures 3 feet by 5 feet, typical brass eyelets as shown. I purchased this flag from a Family in Arcadia Florida years back who stated it was hung in one of there local lodges and used for local parades. Well constructed, it black lights fine. A large dealer here in Beaufort S.C who deals in framed flags feels the flag dates from the mid 1920's up to WW2. Confederate flags are getting very hard to find and one's which were flown down South and used in Local parades. No damage, it is clean with traps of yellowing along the white edges as shown. Mint Cond. Thick embroidered HJ BDM Diamond removed from a HJ Pennant Red Pennant backing still intact on reverse. Roughly 95mm tall by 52mm wide Same size as an HJ BDM Sleeve diamond.

Absolutely beautiful and super rare is this WWII German SAARBRUCKEN banner. The banner is in near mint condition with bright and vibrant colors, super clean with very very minimal soiling. The blue field is wool with very minimal moth nips....one of the best wool pieces I've ever seen or owned. The piece is multi piece construction with amazing craftmanship. Massive and heavy banner meauring 74 inches wide x 24 feet long. The three tassles mesure 14" in length. The castle/eagle shield is 4' 8" wide x 6' 2" tall. The city name is 8" tall. The lower insignia (acorn, hammer, cog wheel) measure 64" wide x 36" tall. Swastika is 26" in diamater. This is truely an amazing piece and probably one of the only ones in existance. I bought this, along with a few other flags/banners, out of the veterans estate that brought it back, well over ten years ago. This banner would enhance any military collection. Very rare, WWII Italian SS flag for the 29th Waffen Grenadier Divison. The flag is in remarkable condition with bright and vibrant colors and very clean. Flag is mulitipiece piece construction, with each color sewn on, and looks to be wool. The lighting bolts and writing is sewn on with zig zag stitching. Size is 39" wide x 59" tall. Has pole loop at top which is completely intact. Has some scattered holes but not bad. Green field has none, white and red field has some. Listing today a substantial artifact a WW2 German Nazi Banner made out of a carpet fabric. Two long-time WW2 dealers have told me they have only seen perhaps 1-2 others. It is a very substantially heavy material and very tall approximately 7 feet. The material would of made this piece an indoors display piece for a prominent office or 3rd Reich building. Provenance I received upon purchasing it was that it belonged to a long-time arms collector from Europe who acquired it in 1946. I am thinking that it could of been used as a throw rug at one point as the fringe is frayed as well. Listing today a non military uniform but made for the 100 year Centennial of the United States. Circulation in the 1870s made for a flag bearer or cadet of some sort. This tunic was displayed in a Lowell Massachusetts textile museum before I purchased. The opening is on the side therefore most likely for a female and very small so a child. Heavy use with rips and tears in fragile state and previous moth signs. One of the side sleeve flags is literally hanging on with a thread. Offered for sale is a late war Imperial flag. VERY late war flag construction however does have reinforced stitching at the top and bottom outward ends.... Old flag is unmarked or completely faded out. Flag still has fairly bright colors on both sides...printed version.... Flag is almost see through and appears to made from wool... Bottom inside corner has a old repair as seen.... Flag has quite a few small holes through out but still stands very presentable.....for well over a 100 years old...! Flag has turned a off white color from age... My opinion is this flag was made very late in 1918.... UV neg through out. You just cant find these Imp flags anymore or at least real ones... I picked this up at out last show from a old school dealer.... Really needs to be put behind plexiglass to protect it.... Any questions just ask...
