This is a set of Major medical shoulder boards, each constructed of dark blue wool with card stock cores and bearing four bands of interwoven silver aluminum wire piping, the reverse of each with an integrated wool strap, both unmarked and measuring 40 mm (w) x 110 mm (l), in near extremely fine condition. The Russian braid literally shines on these boards. Not to be missed.

A beautiful pair of Lieutenant-General shoulder boards for the WWII German Army (Wehrmacht). Original pieces purchased at a reputable auction house in Germany. Gold and silver "russian" braid on a red background is correct for a general in the Wehrmacht. One large silver pip on each, properly placed at the end of the shoulder boards vice those seen in the middle of the board. These original boards are the slip-on variety. A sewn small button is on the uniform shoulder. These slip through a loop and the button goes through the tops.

3 SETS of ORIGINAL HEER EM ARTILLERY or ASSAULT GUNNER EM STRAPS. Two are in continental green badge cloth for 1936/1941 Era , and one set is feldgrau for uniform use 1942 - 1945.
These are not beat up moth eaten stained trash like is so often seen.
These were the survivors of the war up until after France, when almost all surviving Infantry enlisted ranks, got promotes to NCO.
After 1940 the base uniform color changed to field gray.

This is a set of Wehrmacht Heer Signals Rgt. 38 Oberleutnant Shoulder Boards (Wehrmacht Heer Paar Schulterstucke fur einen Oberleutnant der Nachrichten-Abteilung Nr. 38). This set of Heer Signals Oberleutnant shoulder boards are each constructed of cardboard-reinforced lemon-yellow wool, bearing four bands of silver aluminum wire piping, and pinned with gilded bronze rank pips and numerals "38." The reverse of each with an integrated wool strap, both unmarked and measuring 35 mm (w) by 105 mm (l). There is some light soiling evident, but in overall near extremely fine condition.

This is a set of General-HJ #846 Shoulder Boards with RZM Tag (Allgemeine-HJ Paar Schulterklappen fur einen Jungen im Bann 846). These are in the 1938 pattern, loosely woven black rayon construction, sew-in shoulder straps. The shoulder straps feature bright red, rayon piping, and machine embroidered Bann numerals, "846" also in bright red threads. They have the correct one red RZM tag attached. The shoulder straps represents rank of Hitlerjunge while the bright red piping and Bann numerals indicate service with the General-HJ. This is an extremely rare set (late war) in mint condition. This is a set of DJ #565 (Bann Spittal) Shoulder Boards with RZM Tag (DJ # 565 (Bann Spittal) Schulterklappen mit RZM-Papierticket). This is a set of Deutsches Jungvolk sew-in shoulder straps, each constructed of black rayon, the obverse both bearing a white machine-embroidered numerals "565", the reverse of one strap with an intact Reichszeugmeisterei (RZM) label (as it should be) bearing a maker's code of "A 4/20" and a secondary code of "271333," both measuring 22 mm wide by 112 mm long. Overall these boards are in extremely fine condition. I purchased it in 2008 from Mr. Andre Genest in Quebec, Canada.

This is a set of Wehrmacht Officers Versorgungstruppe/Kraftfahrtruppe or Transport Troop Shoulder Boards with Original Cellophane Wrapper (Paar Schulterstucke eines Leutnant der Versorgungstruppe/Kraftfahrtruppe). This is a set of sew-in shoulder boards of matte, silver/aluminum Russian braid mounted on light blue wool waffenfarbe bases for the rank of Leutnant or Second Lieutenant. They are a very nice clean example in their original cellophane and the color is outstanding. It is an extremely collectible set in excellent condition (I'm not even unwrapping them for the photos). I purchased it in 2008 from Kai Winkler in Seevetal, Germany.

This is a set of Kriegsmarine Officers Medical Shoulder Boards for the Summer Uniform (Kriegsmarine Paar Schulterstucke Oberarzt). These are removable slip-on shoulder boards in bright, silver/aluminum Russian braid with a single gilt washed, stamped alloy, rank pip (Oberleutnant or First Lieutenant) all mounted on a white wool base. FOR SALE: a very rare set of pre-1936 pattern shoulder-boards for either a Prussian justice official (Justizbeamte) or a Prussian penal official (Strafanstaltsbeamte). Not only does this insignia remain in totally excellent, near-mint condition, but it comes complete with the correct gilded buttons and a small tuft of fabric from the actual tunic that these boards were originally removed from. I purchased these boards myself, directly from the son of a 104th Infantry Division veteran, back in 2015! I would be happy to share images of the actual veteran (and give his full name) with the eventual buyer of the boards. $375 includes domestic postage. International shipments @ actual cost. This is a set of Fire Police NCO Shoulder Boards - black centers for a sergeant of the municipal police (Removable) (Polizei Paar Schulterstucke fur einen Wachtmeister der Kommunalpolizei). This is the second pattern (circa 1936-1945), slip on shoulder boards as introduced along with new uniforms in July 1936. The shoulder boards features dual, outer edge, bright, silver/aluminum Russian braid with evenly spaced, interwoven black "V"s, encompassing dual, inner, black braids, all mounted on carmine wool truppenfarbe bases. Nice condition. I purchased it in 2000 from AAG International.

These are sew in Infantry shoulder boards of silver/aluminum, Russian braid with matching two gold color washed, alloy rank pips to each board. The set of two pips indicate the rank Hauptmann or Captain. They are mounted on white wool waffenfarbe bases. These boards are in extremely good used condition with slight signs of age and use.

This is a matching set of Wehrmacht Heer Medic Feldwebel's Shoulder Boards for Medical Unit 3 (Wehrmacht Heer 2 Schulterklappen Feldwebel der Sanitater 3). These are the early 1938-1940, second pattern dark green badge cloth construction. They are dark blue rayon waffenfarbe and bright silver/aluminum diamond patterned NCO's tress, a silver-washed stamped alloy single rank pip for a Feldwebel or Sergeant. There is also the matching numeral cypher "3" for the medical unit. They are the sewn in type and have been removed from a uniform. The pair shows signs of age and use, but still in excellent condition.
