A really outstanding bust of Adolf Hitler in Bronze on a heavy marble base. The head was sculpted by the very famous German sculptress Hedwig Maria Ley (1888 - 1978) whose fame was actually spread by the superb sculptured busts she made of Adolf Hitler. This particular bronze is in immaculate condition, a powerful likeness, as good as they get, and the marble base is also in fine condition, with just the slightest tiny blemish to one back corner which has been professionally repaired and is virtually unnoticeable, apart from that the marble base is perfect.. This quality and this condition is rare, a perfect showpiece for any NSDAP collection. The total height of the piece is 26 cms (10.25ins) and the head alone is 17.5 cms (almost 7 ins). the bronze is of course heavy as is the marble base, the total weight being almost exactly 6 kilos (13.25 lbs) so postage will be a little more than the usual, but for a piece of this quality that will be worth the money.

Note Russian tanker burning in turret and other T-34 blown up..... For your consideration, a wonderful WW1 desktop memento. Shaped in the form of a shell with a helmet spike on top. Has the Bavarian Lion and a smaller shield emblem with the IC 1914 and noted Bayer Kriegerbund (War Society) Has a Lion holding a shield and noted 1874 around the Lion. Only the second KM stein I have seen, I believe this one is for a pioneer assault company. Distributed at Christmas 1939 when things were going well. Very nice detail, no cracks does have a bit of overrun on the left side but doesn't distract. Marked faintly on the bottom with what appears to be a capital H and capital T. Marked on the side for 0.5 liters. Great addition to a KM collection. Just received replies from 2 German Navy captains indicating it is an Engineer stein and that the company participated in a operation involving losses in 1939. Stein was posted on Sharkhunters, a site for German U Boat and other history.

The surface is a rough texture not smooth. Very heavy substantial piece. Prominent outside facade of a building or interior of a structure. Has a very weathered down appearance thinking outside. About an inch thick very breakable if not handled well. Structurely a very sound artifact from Nazi Germany. A styrofoam box was fabricated to protect it if stored. Adolf Hitler Propaganda table alarm clock. Very unusual Third Reich Era Relic, featuring Adolf Hitler at center partially obscuring a swastika. Also swastikas at 12, 3, and 9 positions. Also features a floating swastika that moves like a second hand. Clock face is 4" round and has 2 bells on top, A lion makers mark is visible on the rear. Unaware if the movement is in working order.

The sculpture is very much in the same style as Sculptor John Rogers. Charles Sumner was a U.S.Senator from 1851-1874 a lawyer and a powerful speaker against the Confederacy and slavery. There was a caning incident in 1856 against Sumner which precipitated the start of the Civil War. The statue is 17 inches in height 14 inches wide and 13 inches deep. Original porcelain-on-metal sign with black on white printing, 13.5" x 20", ca. 1934,
showing Hitler in a portrait with Nazi insignia and sun rays reading:
"Our National President, The German Front-Line Soldier, Adolf Hitler", in bold print,
printed by Auer, Berlin. This sign was produced for Germany's 1934 elections,
held following Hindenberg's death, in which the German population voted 90%
in favor of Hitler combining the offices of Chancellor and President. The election
essentially made Hitler the absolute dictator of Germany.
Porcelain is near mint no scratches or chips.
Sign is curved / convexed in shape- and has raised / embossed black detailed graphics all around.

A really interesting ORIGINAL WARTIME FRAMED OIL PAINTING on CANVAS from the NSDAP period depicting German Armed forces in the form of combatants from the Wehrmacht, Luftwaffe and the Kriegsmarine. The Artwork is signed and dated 'Eder 1942'. (The signature is partly obscured by the frame, but I have temporarily removed the frame so you can see it). Condition is outstanding, no damage or blemishes.
It measures (with the frame) 72 x 51.5cm (28.5 x 20.3ins) and the painting itself is 61 x 40cm (24 x 15.75ins)
As stated a similar original painting to this one (image attached) was produced for exhibition during the War years by Hans Schmitz-Wiedenbruck and Eder's image is obviously taken from it......see final photo.
